Marketing Decisions
Marketing doesn't have to be overwhelming.
You don't need to be everywhere.
You don't need to do everything.
You just need to know where your time and marketing dollars will have the greatest impact.
Every business is different.
Some businesses benefit from a stronger social media presence.
Others need better photography, more Google reviews, or a refreshed website.
Before recommending a solution, I take the time to understand your business, your customers, and your goals.
What Does Your Business Need Most?

More Visibility?
People can't hire you if they don't know you exist.

More Trust?
Professional photos, an updated website, and consistent messaging help customers feel confident in your business.

More Consistency?
Your marketing shouldn't disappear for three months and suddenly come back.

More Time?
You're busy running your business. I'll help keep your marketing moving while you focus on your customers.

Real Examples

ATR Repair had a nonfunctioning website and limited social media exposure and customers couldn't find them.
Bright Iris built a new website, combining all six locations and created a custom marketing solution that includes mechanic interviews, educational videos, and highlights community involvement for social media and website use.

The Hotel Bar & Grill needed a website so their customers could view menu items and hours, visit images of their hotel rooms, and learn more about the history of the business, and just really to get the total vibe of the place.
Bright Iris built a website and added photography and video to their complete marketing plan package.

Celebrations needed a full website re-construction.
Photography and video were added into the new updated website that Bright Iris created. Customers are now able to cleanly view venue options, images, and understand how to set up their celebrations.

North-House Healing & Tea was a brand new business in need of a complete website.
Since the building and space was not even designed yet, Bright Iris created the website with simplicity in mind along with room for expansion.

ABrekke Solutions needed a full website design. And currently, we designed a plan for them for their one social media channel, giving them a place to share educational information on historic masonry and brick maintenance.
Since safety regulations prevent Bright Iris Media to be on the job sites, employee photos are used to make posts and for the website.

Johnson Tile & Stone
Johnson Tile & Stone had a longstanding business with a good customer base but had no connection to search engines without a website.
Bright Iris created a website with custom photography, helping customers see the quality tile and stone services that they provide.
What if you have a limited budget?
Let's work with what you have.
Not every business has a $10,000 marketing budget. That's okay.
If your budget is $500...we'll talk about the biggest improvement you can make.
If your budget is $2,000...we'll build a plan around it. If your budget grows later...we'll grow with it.
The goal isn't to spend more.
The goal is to spend wisely.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need social media?
Not necessarily.
Social media is a great tool, but it isn't the right answer for every business. Some businesses benefit more from a stronger website, better photography, or improving their Google Business Profile. Before recommending social media, I'd rather understand your business and where your customers are finding you.
Should I build a website first?
It depends on where your business is today.
If you're just getting started, a simple website can give customers confidence and answer their basic questions. If you already have a website, we may decide that updating it—or focusing on another area first—makes more sense. Every recommendation starts with a conversation, not a package.
Can I hire Bright Iris for one project?
Absolutely.
Some clients hire me for a website. Others need photography, a marketing consultation, or help refreshing their social media. There's no requirement to sign up for ongoing services. My goal is to provide the support that's right for your business.
Can you work with my existing website?
In many cases, yes.
If your website is built on a platform I can work with, I'm happy to update content, improve photos, refresh pages, or make recommendations before suggesting a complete rebuild. Sometimes a few thoughtful improvements are all that's needed.
Can we meet before I decide?
Yes—and I encourage it.
I enjoy meeting business owners and learning about what they do. Whether we meet in person, over the phone, or by video, our first conversation is simply about understanding your business, your goals, and your budget. If we decide we're a good fit, we'll talk about the next steps together.
I don't know where to start. Can you help?
That's one of the most common reasons people contact me.
You don't need to know whether you need a new website, photography, social media, or something else. We'll start by talking about your business, what's working well, and where you'd like to see improvement. From there, I'll help you decide what makes the most sense—not just what's available to sell.
