Cancellation Policy

Bright Iris Media Client Scheduling Policy At Bright Iris Media, we believe your experience should be as smooth and stress-free as your final images. To ensure we deliver our very best for every client, please take a moment to review our booking policy below. Deposits & Payments A non-refundable retainer of $100 is due at the time of booking to secure your session date and time. This amount will be applied toward your total session cost. This non-refundable retainer is for photography sessions only. Please contact us for commercial contract policy for website design and/or social media marketing. Remaining balance is due no later than the day of your session unless otherwise arranged in writing. Payments can be made via credit/debit card, check, cash, or Venmo. We do not accept PayPal at this time. Rescheduling & Cancellations We understand that life happens! You may reschedule your session with at least 72 hours' notice and apply your deposit to a new date within the same calendar year. In the event of severe weather or emergency, we will work with you to find the next best available date. Cancellations with less than 72 hours' notice may result in loss of your retainer. Session Timeliness Sessions begin at the scheduled time. We ask that you arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in and make the most of your session. Late arrivals may result in shortened session time out of respect for other scheduled clients. Image Delivery Your edited digital gallery will be delivered via a private online link within 2 weeks of your session. All packages include downloadable high-resolution files and affordable print options through a professional lab. Additional edits, prints, or upgrades may be purchased separately through your gallery. 🐾 Pets, Props & Locations We love including pets, horses, and special props—just let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly. Sessions can take place at your home, a chosen outdoor location, or one of our trusted local spots. Travel beyond 25 miles of Barron, WI may incur a small travel fee. Questions?
